Nearly 30% of all women in a 22,000 person survey said that they had no idea about the new changes. 40% had no clue when the changes would be enforced, while 23% think that the changes will not come into effect until next year.

On a good note, almost 78% of young people between the ages of 18 and 24 actually know about the upcoming changes. Over the past year, policies have dropped overall. Overall, that is a good thing for young women, who are expected to see a significant increase in their next month. The AA reported that the average fell nearly 3% between July and September of this year. Unfortunately, the new gender ruling could see the premiums increase on average, due to the fact that the premiums for young women are more likely to rise rather than seeing young men`s premiums decrease.
